Back in the beginning of times, when the Earth was still young . . . when homo sapiens was only the dream of a deity delirious with fever, there appeared a dark and mysterious being. After years of anthropological research, scientists have discovered the tomb of Neanderthals' predecessor, who they called Joao Pedra. In the tomb they also found the bones of other specimen who, despite having a much bigger brain cavity, seem to have been killed by violent blows made with a weapon extraordinarily similar to a . . . guitar. Thanks to the use of advanced technology, we can reconstruct the habits of such peculiar individual.

Hello (ugh)! I am João Pedrinha (ugh), the inventor of music, and I'm going to tell you all the true history of the guitar, OK?
You can admire the sublime grandiosity of my brain.

(Now I’ll tell you how I invented the guitar.)

As in other fields of the arts and of science, many great inventions were triggered by “small accidents”...

Thus began a long lineage of great men.

(I'm the greatest)
